Podríamos resumir la Educación Positiva, como la aplicación de los hallazgos de la Psicología Positiva al campo de la Educación. Todos los educadores y también todos los alumnos, lo ideal es que estén en un nivel óptimo de Bienestar. Para ello hay mucho de lo que podemos aportar desde este fenomenal campo. No solo más inteligencia emocional, sino también muchas habilidades del entorno académico, como: la capacidad de concentración, la capacidad de desarrollar soluciones creativas a sus problemas, a sus técnicas de estudio.
