En la vida hay distintas formas de expresar amor, afecto, cariño o demostrar cuánto quieres a tu pareja. En nuestra tarea para parejas de esta semana hemos decidido establecer los 5 lenguajes del amor en los que se detallan a continuación:
- Tener detalles, hacer regalos. No necesariamente tiene que implicar un gasto económico.
- Contacto físico. A través de los besos, los abrazos, las caricias o el sexo.
- Palabras. El lenguaje propiamente dicho, decirle a tu pareja “te quiero”, “te amo”…
- Acto de servicio. Hacer cosas por el otro y ponerse en su lugar.
- Tiempo de calidad. Dedicar tiempo a hacer cosas juntos. Por ejemplo, actividades que resulten gratificantes para ambos, salir a cenar y dejar los teléfonos a un lado, centrándonos en la conversación y en la pareja.
Estos son diferentes lenguajes del amor, diferentes idiomas para expresar nuestro amor hacia una persona. Por ejemplo, yo puedo ser nativo de un idioma y mi pareja de otro y generalmente no hablamos en el mismo idioma, uno puede decirle al otro a gritos que le quiere, mientras el otro miembro de la pareja se lo demuestra con actos.
La tarea propuesta de esta semana en pareja es: Ordenar los 5 lenguajes del amor. Cada miembro de la pareja deberá situar los distintos tipos de lenguaje según lo considere más o menos necesario o más o menos importante. Cada miembro de la pareja rellenará su zona correspondiente de la tabla y se comparará.
Se puntúa de la siguiente manera: Siendo un 1 la nota máxima (lo que más me gusta dar o recibir) y siendo un 5 la nota mínima (lo que menos me gusta dar y recibir).
Una vez que nos hayamos dado cuenta de qué es lo importante para la pareja, la idea es que durante una semana se practiquen los lenguajes del amor que más le guste recibir al otro miembro de la pareja o a los que más importancia se les haya dado.
